Welcome to the
Lair...
It has been a long road, and the sun
has risen and set upon many lands since the adventure first began.
As promised, I still keep a candle burning late into the night to
welcome weary travelers and friends who may have been absent for
many years, as they traverse the realms on quests of their own.
To those friends absent for so long, I wish good fortune and a
safe journey.
Strangers to these lands may
find it strange to see a red-haired Elf accompanied by a huge
white wolf, but old friends and adventuring companions will
recognize us as trusted friends and able-bodied warriors, ready
to meet the enemy on the field of battle. Friends and strangers
alike are welcome here, and so long as they come peace, they are
welcome to stay and enjoy our warm hearth and a bottle of
properly aged elven wine after a hearty meal, for these are
things that are best shared with good company. So come inside my
friends, and tell me of your adventures, for a castle is a cold
and lonely place at times, and often I long for the days of the
open road in the company of my gentle good fellows.
